I just wanted to let you know that Beth and I are thrilled with out new home.   We are soooooooooooo happy here, and feel comfortable already.   All the installations of carpet, counter tops, appliances, etc when without a hitch.   We had a few friends help us with the move, and where exhausted after the dust had settled.   All in all, it was as smooth as silk.
